I think it's a great idea to write an article about this, because I think, the collective knowledge, while may not help someone 100%, but it's a bit of the more you 'see' it, the easier it is to process the information and to determine what the next step will be.

Wow, what a journey! I was surprised to learn that a breech baby means an automatic C-section. I had twins that were both breech, so that delivery was an automatic C-section. That was 12 years ago so my memory is faulty, but I vaguely remember a date of no return where my doctors said the babies' breech positions were set, no mention of options for flipping their positions externally.
I was also surprised to learn how few OBs do breech delivery. How disappointing that this is no longer a standard OB skill.
